| 1 | Carrying out preventive maintenance of heavy duty electrically operated Hangar gate of size 10.00 m X 5.00 m to make it in serviceable conditions alongwith complete servicing of the mechanism of door for Remote / Manual operated Gate comprising of motor, gear box, chain, contactor, relay, hooter, timer and control panel etc., installed at main panel & wiring, limit switch / MCB of the gate with and including dismantling and replacement of all unserviceable parts of Gear box, motor and panel with new parts at its installed locations complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Cost of Oiling, Greasing and labour charge of the replacement of various spare parts shall be deemed included in the unit rate of this item. Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. |
