Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering on ceiling/sloping surfaces with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Old work (Two or more coats) upto all height complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering on walls surfaces with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (Two or more coats) complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand ie Apex of Asian Paints or equivalent : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface upto all heights including cost of scafolding and other arrangements etc. complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
