Mandi for the month of April - June 2026. (SH: Carrying out routine day-to-day repair and maintenance activities of Civil Works for three months in SLBS Govt. Medical College & Hospital Mandi at Nerchowk)

Carrying out Routine day to day repair & maintenance of all civil works such as buildings,boundarywall,internal road etc. so as to ensure continued good performance with intended function of such works in the year 2025-26 in respect of SLBS Govt. Medical College & Hospital Nerchowk. i.e. to maintain water supply from storage tanks to avoid any shortage, water supply lines repairing,repair and replacement /refixing of all defective/missing water supply and sanitary installation, repairing as well as cleaning of all choked sewerlines and allied sanitary fittings,repair /replacement of all types of wooden/plywood works including furniture (wooden/steel) and its accessories,repair of all kinds of cement works,Tile works, granite works, POP works, Distempering/painting/polishing works, repair of all types of aluminium frame work including sillicon filling, glass & ply works, repair of all type of false ceiling, repair of stainless steel frame works, curtain rod etc. by any suitable means. In nutshell , all sort of repair & maintenance pertaing to civil works at SLBS Govt. Medical College & Hospital Mandi at Nerchowk during the day , evening as well as night shifts as per requirement by deploying requisite maintenance staff as per CPWD Norms or as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals excluding cost of materials required for repair and maintenance work.However all necessary tools and equipment including welding set etc. (manual as well as power opertated ) along with consumeables(bits) for carrying out the repair and maintenance activities including cost of sundries and P.O.L. wherever required shall be arranged by the contractor. The cost of necessary repairs alongwith the requisite spares of such tools and equipment shall also be borne by the contractor himself . The electrical power supply to such tools and equipmment shall be arranged by the department free of Charge. The contractor shall be fully responsible to take adequate safety measure and precautions so as to ensure public as well as worker safety at site. The contractor shall also maintain proper log book of maintenance activities performed and copy of the same shall be annexed with the bills for payment.Copy of attendance record and salary statement shall be submitted by the contractor duly authenticated and signed by him at the time of preparation/submission of bill for payment including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
