Preventive and comprehensive maintenance /Annual maintenance contract of complete fire detection and alarm system(s) installed at multistory HQ TG EME, CICP, COD, PMEG, CAMS, DGIS , Signal Enclave and CIDSS, Wardec Centre in delhi cantt area in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancy by regularly examining the sensor/detector, Main fire alarm control panels, Repeater panels, Hooters, MCP, Sirens etc of various type / capacity / make, including making the non-functional parts of fire alarm system into fully functional condition, attending day to day complaint / fault(s) in general shift of 08 hrs every day incl sunday & holiday, including quarterly cleaning of the detectors and monthly joint testing/inspection of the complete fire alarm system, including replacement of minor items such as wire, lugs, nut, bolts, screws, electronic circuit, chip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.Note : (i) The contractor will have to employ minimum 01 Nos of Fire technician & 01 No Helper every day incl Sunday and holiday to attend day to day complaints as well as periodical / routine maintenance and joint inspection / testing of fire alarm system(s) installed at various locations / areas and submit the feedback on daily basis to the Engineer-in-Charge/ concerned JE E/M.(ii) The tradesmen/Technician (s) should be having minimum 3 years work experience of respective trade.(iii) In case, additional manpower other than mentioned here-in-above, will be required for smooth functioning of fire alarm system or attending day to day complaints or periodical / routine maintenance or joint inspection / testing of fire alarm system(s) installed at various locations / areas, the contractor shall arrange the same without any extra cost to Deptt.
