Comprehensive Mechanical &Manual Sweeping and Integrated Sanitation Services: Provision of end-to-end cleaning services for the designated road network of Meerut Municipal Corporation. The scope includes, but is not limited to: 1. Mechanical Sweeping of major roads and Manual Sweeping of internal/commercial roads and footpaths (including litter collection and disposal). 2. Drain Cleaning: Desilting and cleaning of all open drains (width < 1m) adjacent to the roads. 3. High-Pressure Jetting: Washing of roads, footpaths, public urinals, and toilets to ensure stain-free and odour-free conditions.4. Dust Suppression: Operation of water sprinklers and anti-smog guns. 5. Ancillary Services: Tree pruning, bushcutting, and removal of horticulture waste. The rate is all-inclusive of monpower, mochinery, fuel, PPE, GPS/Real-time tracking, ond administrative costs. Payment is strictly subject to real-time data verification and post-LOA survey results.
