If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Appendix, it will have no effect. 4	The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Employer's Requirement and Technical Specification and other relevant documents.
5	BoQ1 consists of Schedule A (DSR Civil 2023 Items) and Schedule-B (NDSR Items)
6	The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule A (DSR Civil 2023 Items) and Schedule -B (NDSR Items) are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect.
7	Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Tenderers are required to be quoted percentage (%) Excess/Less for schedule-A & B in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 sheet. All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.5 of ITT & clause 21 of SCC.
8	The price offer in the BOQ shall be given without considering any deviation mentioned in Appendix-3 of FOT i.e. price in the box shall be quoted as per tender conditions without any deviation.
9	If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected.
10	Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.
11	The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against each highlighted cells in BoQ1. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.
12	The actual work executed against all the BOQ as detailed in tender document would be paid on measurement basis.
13	The contractor may raise their “On Account” payments on monthly basis as per the status of work on the last day of the respective month as per clause 24 of SCC.

Laticrete products shall be as manufactured by Laticrete India Pvt. Ltd. / Laticrete International Inc.) over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) in levelling course laid to proper slopes over screed base including base preparation including movement joint in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed with two parts polysulphide sealent to top edge as per approved drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Screed shall be measured and paid extra as per DSR 2007 item no 4.1.8. 300x300 hazard warning and directional tactile tiles as per approved drawings

The itmes will include following activities 1. fixing of core cutting machine on pier cap for core cutting in central drain & shifting of core cutting machine from one pier to another pier by suitable mean. 2. use of chain pully for handling movement of diamond core cuttier which fixed along & heavy pier as per vsite reuirement.3. 50mm dia intial stage 4. after 50mm dia core if follows 100mm dia and then 150mm dia core drain . ( all work include night charges od labour , wastage of labour machine genrator from one pier to another pier. Thios itmes used only badly choweked central drain of pier with concrete completly. The work should be as per direction of engineer inchrge. The ratre will comprised all inclushive . ( applicable taxes contractor profit etc.
169	Providing and injection Dr. fixit or Fosroc PU Foam injection to componet Polyurethene foam injection grout manifacture and to be site mixed in a ratio 10:1 (10 Part Base 1 Part Hardener ) That shall be injected with machnically piston driven pump with maximum pressure up to 250 Bar or Foam shall be based on MDI ( Methylene DIPHENYL isocyanate ) Polyurothane pre-polymer and Accelerator. The system shall react when it comes in contact with water, producing a relatively stiff and insert polyurethene .......polymer motar complete at all heights.
170	Providing and injection Dr. fixit or Fosroc PU plain injection to componet Polyurethene plain injection grout manifacture and to be site mixed in a ratio 2:1 (2 Part Base 1 Part Hardener ) That shall be injected with machnically piston driven pump with maximum pressure up to 250 Bar or as per the requirement of the site at a distance of 300 mm C/C in all direction. The PU plain shall be low viscosity high penetration quick setting and should forms tough and flexiblie polyurethene rubber after complete chemical reaction or without water...polymer motar complete at all heights.
171	Providing and laying of prepacked dual shinkage compensaated polymer modified micro-concrete like master Emaco 5346 of BASF/ Renderoc LA 55 of Fosroc/Sika Red Microcrete-4 of Sika or equivalent material - complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
172	Scaling and cleaning of mosaic tiles with suitable chemicals / cleaning agents, filling of epoxy grout in joints and polishing, with all required tools, plants, manpower & materials etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
173	Providing edge moulding to 30 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
174	Dismantling of unplasticised rigid PVC pipe of all diameter stacking and carriege of waste upto 50m lead all required tools , machinery , manpower etc complete
175	Dismantling old aluminium composite panel ( ACP ) including disposal with 150 m lead as directed by engineer inchrge
176	Providing and pasting sun flim of approved make
177	WATER CLOSET- Providing and fixing wall hung WC hindware model no. Twilight 92092 or equivalent with soft closing seat cover of required size complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
178	WASH BASIN - providing and fixing under counter type wash basin hindware model no. 10080 or equivalent all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
179	Urinal with sensor: Providing and fixing of Urinal (sensor type) hindware model no. 60021 or equivalent all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
180	Toilet Paper Holder: Providing and fixing Toilet Roll Holder with flap make jaguar (ACH-CHR-1153N) or equivalent all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
181	Flush Valve: Providing and fixing Jaguar make metropole flush valve dual flow 32mm size (concealed body) or equivalent with exposed shut off provision (2.0/4.0) lts per flushing.
182	Pillar Cock: Providing and fixing pillar cock make jaguar PRS-CHR-031 or equivalent as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
183	Mirror : Providing and fixing 5mm thick float glass mirror on 6mm thick boiling water proof (BWP) ply with craft paper or acrylic sheet fixed to wall with screws /wooden plugs with 38x19mm polished polished teak wood molding (as approved) around etc including all necessary arrangements complete as directed as directed by engineer-in-charge.
184	Providing and fixing health faucet(ABS body) with 1m long easy flex tube in chrome finish and wall hook make jaguar model no. ALD-IVY-585 or equivalent all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
185	Providing and fixing angular stop cock with wall flange make jaguar (OPP-CHR-15053PM) or equivalent all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-chief.
186	Providing and fixing of Station name DMRC LOGO on top of building with 100mm depth and 2100mm dia. The logo shall be made of 304 Grade SS and the front face of 4mm white Acrylic. 189	Providing and laying 30mm thick prepolished sadarhalli grey/cheema pink/jhalore beige granite slab of size upto and including 1200x600mm on floor using 5mm thick approved thick bed adhesive as per specification over prepared base on 20mm (avg)thick base of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 total aggregate) using 43 grade cement, water redusing admixture as per ISO 9103: 1999 and joining with white cement woth matching pigment all complete (colour of granite asper approved by Engineer) in levelling course laid to proper slopes over screed base including base preparation, movement joints in screed as per specification with 10mm thick compressible filler to edge of screed/ blockwork junction with two part polysulphide sealent to top edge, drainage gullies as per approved section curing , testing etc. all complete as per specification and relevent drawing.
190	Providing and fixing of Cobel stone (Delhi Stone) hand cut and Chisel dressed of size 100x100x75mm in road to reduced the traffiv speed including preparation of bed and levelling up base with cement mortar 1:2 (cement: sand) or as per direction of Engineer incharge.
191	Cubicles : Providing and fixing and installing toilet cubicals of make merino besco titan 12 boxup cubicle 2100mm or equivalent with all SS accessories all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.The rates are inclusive of all SS fittings,nothing shall be paid extra.
192	Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size , colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:
193	Laminated toughnened glass:- Providing and fixing 12 mm thick laminated glass consisting of 6.0mm thick (+ or -0.3) thick clear toughened glass on both faces having 1.52 PVB layer in between including provinding EPDM gasket perfored all spacers, desiccants, silicon sealant etc as per manufacturers specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in -charge (area of glass unit outside the snap beading shall be measured )
