Consultancy services for the Architectural/Structural drawings for the re-construction of Community Hall with accommodation stilt Parking, chowkidar room at Ground Floor, One Hall, 04 nos. rooms (for bride, groom and store) with 03 nos. toilet blocks at First Floor, One Hall, 04 nos. rooms (for bride, groom and store) with 03 nos. toilet blocks at Second Floor, Kitchen shed for Halwai in open ground and building should be enriched with Air Conditioner, lift & modern structure facility at Taimoor Nagar i/c total station survey, existing available space and requirment as per direction of competent authority/Engineer in charge considering all the norms/IS codes including earth quake factor etc for all floors including required site visit and submmision of all relevent layout/ working Architectural drawings and structural drawings in six sets completed within 15 days from the date of issue of work order including detailed drawings for water supply, details of doors and windows, fire fighting, electrical, strom water drainage and submission of detailed estimate and tender documents. Strutural drawings will be got checked by from third party at the cost of contrator/consultant.

NOTE:1. Any revision in Architectural drawing & structural drawings/design due to site constraints or otherwise shall be carried out by the consultant at his own cost as per direction of Engineer in charge & will provide 6 nos of sets of Architectural drawing & structural drawing/design alongwith soft copy of Architectural Drawings.2. The time period of the consultancy will be period for the main project and extended period if any up to the completion of the project, nothing extra shall be payble to the consultant for any extended period of the constriction work.3. In case department have to prepare detailed estimate and tender document itself than 10% of the consultancy amount payble to the contractor/consultant will be deducted for this.
