| 2 | M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron, five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:- (a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated(b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm(c) 3rd course of laying of APP Based modifiedpolymeric membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction and edges to be taken up to vertical wall of 20cm height inserted into the vertical wall concealed the joints with bitumen sealed. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.Note:- (i) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of main manufacturer as approved by GE.(ii) Top layer of Aluminium paint or cement concrete tiles shall be measured and paid under seperate item. |

| 15 | M&L for application/forming of waterproofing liquid membrane moistening the prepared surface for proper dispersion and penetration and applying two component cementitious elastomeric water proofing coating damp block 2k as per manufacturers specifications. The treatment shall be carried out to the entire bottom surface and vertical surface upto the bottom height of wall tiles. Adequate curing to be done on vertical surfaces and ponding test for 48 hours on the bottom surface to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.
