If concrete surface found to be defective with pinholes, bug roles, honeycombs etc., it must be repaired using scratch coat prepare by mixing Aquaseal primer and 4 mm down silica sand at ratio of 1:1 by weight. Apply the scratchcoat by using suitable spatula/squeeze to get level surface for the upcoming primer. |

| 5 | I. Clean the identified crack and remove drilling dust before placing the nozzle. Seal and pack the nozzle with fast setting Instant Leak Plug compound. Injection of cement slurry admixed with admixture by using 40PSI grout pump. plasticizing grout additive the product is to be dispensed in water & added to 50 kg of cement at a water cement ratio of 0.4-0 – 0.45. The mixture thus batched is to be used for injection grouting. admixture shall have a bulk density of 0.7-0.8 gm/cc.II. Providing & applying of High Solid Content, Cold Liquid- Applied Elastomeric Water Proofing Membrane using Brush/ roller / airless spray. Application includes mixing & application of Aquaseal primer using suitable brush/roller coverage @ 150- 200 ml/m2, allow the primer to become tack free approx. for 3-4 hrs depending upon ambient temperature followed by application to form a minimum system thickness of 1.5mm in three coats with a total consumption is 2.5Kg/m². Allow the membrane to air cure for 7 days before any activity over it. The PU membrane shall be terminated 300mm above FFL. The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength > 2 MPa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 400% as per ASTM C 1305, crack bridging up to 3.2mm, Shore A Hardness > 50 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to concrete > 1.5Mpa as per ASTM D 903, Water vapor permeability > 14gm / m2 / day |
| 6 | Providing & Laying more than 100 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyester) membrane with a min of 100mm wide overlap loosely laid over membrane, etc., complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Providing & laying minimum 70mm THK at drainage point protective concrete screed of M20 grade of average 100 mm THK with slope 1:100 reinforced with Poly propylene fibre @ 0.9 kg / per Cu.m. After the application of screed, provide control joints by using a saw cutting machine attached with a 3 mm blade within 18-24 hrs. of application of screed and fill the same with PU sealant after 28 days of curing. The panel size for providing joints should be up to max 15 sq.mt. Finishing. etc., complete. |

| 9 | S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner. |
| 10 | Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work as specified including removal out side MoD land complete all as specified.
