Providing, Installation and Commissioning of Machine room less (MRL) lift of 13 (thirteen)passenger traction type (884 kg) capacity elevator up to G+2 level. General requirement: i.Types of Lift:- 13 (thirteen) passenger 8S4 kg) capacity passenger elevator. ii. Load/ Speed: 13 (thirteen) passenger (884 kai/1.00 Mtr. per second. No of floor- Ground +02 Floor, No. of opening- 0,1,2 simplex automatic operation (gearless) with/without attendant. Drive-Microprocessor based VVVF-Closed Loop, gearless, variable voltage variable frequency drive, Auto rescue device (ARD), and also with Mechanical rescue device (manually rescue in case of ARD failure) Construction, Design and finish of the car Machine room less, Stainless steel ACO, SS Suspended ceiling with light. IRS, SS handrail On rear Side. Operation of lift: a) Operation of lift- Simplex collective selective with/ without attendant, b) Provision for Jocking control in automatic or attendant position, c) Provision of over load and audio visual Indication d) Provision for call register and VVVE Door Operator, e) Provision of Battery operated emergency light for 30 min backup and Alarm Bell, f) Infra red screen electric operation door enclose, g) 3 Way Intercom connection to telephone exchange (1 +2), h) Fireman switch. i) Provision for PVC floor, j) Automatic Rescue Device and also with Mechanical rescue device (manually rescue in case of ARD failure) k) Provision of dot matrix display in car in all landings, I) Stainless steel Braille button with S.S. cover. k) Floor Announcement with Music. Providing fitting fixing of Lighting arrangement with protective measure in/c providing single phase main MCB point at Machine room, 3 pin socket & light point with switch in each floor & pit of the Lift shaft and the Electrical wiring should be provided with earthing through PVC casing or pipe etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
