| 1 | Supply,instalation, testing and commissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type copper wound Level-III, IS 1180, 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, capacity 500 KVA, core type, Oil immersed naturally cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HT) and star connected on secondary side (LT) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LT) and having taping at +10% in steps of 2.5% on HT side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40°C in oil and 45°C in HT/LT winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40°C transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade CAGO with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part-I of 2014 marked, Including the cost of PCC foundation & fencing in perimeter location for placing of TRANSFORMER complete all as per IE/IS specification and shall comprise of the following :- (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts and washer with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty , armoured cables including jointing materials complete.(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods for connected bus ducts complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out single core 630 sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.(c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel).(e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.(f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120° C with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. |

| 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 KA/3 sec outdoor type Ring main unit (RMU) fully motorized IP 54 protection plug in type extensible on one side SF6 gas insulated (5 way) with metering plate form mounted compact switch gear consisting of 02 Nos load break switch as incommer and 03 Nos outgoing VCBs , all live parts, bus bars VCB will be enclosed in robotically welded minimum 2.5 mm thick stainless steel tank filled with manometer fixed, SF 6 gas IP 67 Degree of protection and tested for internal arc 20 KA/1 sec as per latest IEC 62271-200 complete installed on plateform as recommended by OEM, including the cost of PCC foundation for placing of RMU on plinth complete all as specified and directed. Cable of size upto 1000 sqmm single core seven run entry/out from bottom confirming to degree of protection IP-65, gasketing of PU foam gasket ensuring IP protection with temperature and stand by capacity 40 to 80 °C with power coating and locking arrangements.
