Supply, install , testing and commissioning maintence free earth pit using 65 mm Nominal Bore 99.99 % Pure Copper Pipe of 3 meter length as per IS 1239 , 15 Kg. Terec+ Ground Enhancing compound tested with Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore for'Long Term stability' of 2 years , 37.5 Kg. Earthcon Backfill compound along with 450x450 mm chamber work in set of 4 earthing Pit grided to acheive resisitanec of less than 1 Ohm.Note :-(1). Contractor will executed the work as per soil resistivity reports given by same OEM. However to achieve the result less than 1 Ohm gridding of earth pit should not exceed 4 Nos of earth pits. (2). To achieve results less than 1 ohm contractor will provide gridding of earth pits as per soil resistivity test report ( but not more than 4 earth pit). Artificial treatment of 12.5 Kg earthon compound per 2 meter as per drawing attached and excavation and chemical required in area of gridding shall be included in rates quoted by contractor. (3) copper strip required for inter connection of gridding of earth pit shall be paid separtely. (4). Total 16 nos of earth pits of above specification to be executed at site. However gridding will be decided as per requirement of earth result and as soil resistivity report. (5) Copper strip of gridding shall be placed under groun level with the depth of 400 to 600 mm with the treatment of earthcon complound and alluvial soil as drawing.(6). removal of grabbles and stone and add some quantity of earth enhancement material in the soil using a black fill compound and make layer of blach siol / garden soil/ alluvial soil, terrace, compound and earthcon compound repeat tye same procedure around the 76 mm electrode pipe as per drawing. .
