| 1 | Material and labour for earthing in repair complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised wire 4.00 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers including 15 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for protection of earth lead upto the length of 7.5 meter towards test terminal and 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe, medium grade for watering, and providing of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers, including necessary earth work in any type of soil and including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 with provision of wire mesh and funnel, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part- I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. |

| 4 | M& L in replacement of Copper strips 20x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply and fix in repair for porcelain insulator suitable for copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm properly fixed on wall and roof complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Taking out and fixing only old serviceable copper strips of size 20x3.15 mm with porclain insulators on wall/floor including brazing of broken strips complete all as specified and directed. Note: Porcelain insulators will be measured and paid saperately under respective item of BoQ. |
| 7 | M&L in repair Detectors complying with and type certified to EN-45 addressible type SMOKE DETECTOR photoelectric optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS 11390 compatible to existing make complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | S & F in repair fire alarm sounders/sirens electronic type horizontal two stage continous normal operation for alteast 50 minutes with sound level 65 Db to 120 Db measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of +5 Db 1000 m range and connected to electric supply compatible to existing make complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Supply & Fix in repair battery, 12V, 12AH with minimum 36 months warranty complete all as specified and directed. |

| 13 | Comprehensive maintenance servicing and testing of APFC panel of capacity 90 KVAr -120 KVAr including cheching of Phase cap capacitors in all capacitor banks ,all MCCB's ,duty contactors, ST relay and all connected wiring including refitting of complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately. |

Note: (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this schedule. |
