| 1 | Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culvers, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, Grade M-10 (M-Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) in or under water in open foundation of all type of structure like Drains, etcetera including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths, including cost of form work complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in open foundation etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Structural steel work of Tata /Sail /Reliance/Jindal Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetera as required in gate gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works as per approved make all complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing M.S. grills (TATA/SAIL)of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer Fixed to steel windows by welding .all complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick ISI marked Z-120 (Z-one hundred twenty) prepainted steel sheet of TATA/Sail/Relience/Jindal in roofing over steel trusses with hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) Organic coating of 20 (TWENTY) microns over 5 (five) microns of primer back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) primer coating including finishing with prepainted, iron J or L hoks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washer filled with required colour and laid completely with all accessories or required as per direction of Engineer-In-charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidental as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60 (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA/Sail in roofing with hot dip metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns of primer back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) primer coating including finishing with prepainted iron J or L hoks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories or required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all lead and lift and other incidental.
