Providing and fixing Leg Press in a pair with below specifications:- Dimensions (LxWxH): 1750x550x1600mm. Fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class Pipe of approved make. Main frame of NB 50mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class pipe. (‘NB’ stands for Nominal Bore i.e., internal Diameter of pipe in millimetres). All pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick Akzo Nobel or equivalent paints. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and coloured. Foothold made of NB 50mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class pipe. Seat to be made up from virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, coloured, UV resistant and environmental friendly. Maintenance free bearings of SKF or equivalent make duly oil sealed and self-lubricated are used in the equipment manufactured. The equipment are fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movements. The equipment is fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shaped welded bolts of 18mm thickness. Once the concrete is set, the equipment is fixed on to it and nuts and bolts are covered with base plate cover. High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly.Equipment must be made and confirms with the approved standards certified by and certificates are mandatory requires in the name of both Tenders act as bidder and manufacturer.1.
