The above quoted price is a Single Lump-Sum EPC Contract Priceinclusive of complete design, engineering, procurement, construction,testing, commissioning and handing over as per Employer's Requirements.2. The quoted price includes all taxes, duties, levies, royalties, insurancepremiums, labour cess, GST and all other statutory obligations applicableat the time of submission of bid.3. The Contract Price shall be firm and fixed for the entire duration of theContract. No escalation on any account shall be payable unless specificallyprovided in the Contract.4.
