Material and labor for the removal of Rubber Deposits from Runway surfaces using waterblasting cum vaccuming system with suitable operating pressure so that the total Rubber deposits are removed from Runway (both Rigid and Flexible) surfaces by the methos of water Blasting cum vaccuming system with suitabvle water pressure without use of nay chemical & causing no damage to existing surfaces complete all as specified.The Tenderer shall take into mconsideration the following points while quoting the rates of this item:-(i) The work shall be carried out through RRRM (for 8hrs operation) AAI letter No TE-17/412/2024-TEch dated 31 JUl 2025.(ii) Total Rubber deposites should be removed and the Debris/Watere to be Vaccumed simultaneously leaving no FOD so that the Runway is available for operation immediately.(iii) Rubber Deposit should be in soild form when finally disposed off outside MOD land(iv) In any way Emeregency condition, the machgine ( along with workers) should exit from the Runway in less than 3 minutes without leaving FOD.(v) Friction Test should be carried out before and after Rubber Deposits removal operation and proper record of result duly signed by Enginner-in-Charge shall be maintained. The requisiste friction test machine will be arranged by the contrator on this account. After carrying out Rubber removal operation on the Runway the friction reading of Rubber removed segment/area should be minimum 0.55.Note:- However the works services proposed in above paras shall be executed after sunset/flying hours as during the day time site will not be avaiable due to civil/Military flying operations.

Materail and Labour for preparation of Flexible pavement surfaces (Runway/Taxi Tracks) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with Brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying uniformly (by using mechanical speayer) two coats of Ploymer Modified Emulsiuon (PME) @ 1.00 litre qm (undiluted quantity of PME 1.00 litre per sqm) mixed with 1.00 litre of water and mineral filler powder as per manufacturer’s instructions and all as specified and dirested.Name of Manufacturer’s:-(i) M/s L M Petro Chem Private limited(ii) M/s Hindustan Colas private Limited(iii) M/s Ooms Polymer Modified Bitumen Pvt LtdOr any other make approved by E-in-C’s BranchThe Tenderer shall take into consideration the following points while quoting the rates of this item:-Notes:-(a) The work shall be carried out through registered applicators of the manufacturer only(b) Second coat shall be applied after complete curing of 1st coat as per manufacturer’s instructions (c) Friction test shall be conducted after final coat to ascertain friction value (Range between 0.35 to 0.60). The requisite friction test machine will be arranged by the contractor at his own coat nothing extra will be admissible to the contractor on this account.(d) Entire raw material to be used should be procured (from manufacturer) & brought to site before execution of work and stored at site as per direction of GE.(e) The necessary material and T&P for full proof arrangements of sealing of embedded light i.e Runway centre ling lights and touchdown zone lights to prevent seepage of PME in to the lights/defacing of lights will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Nothing extra will be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Material and labour for Machine cleaning with compressed air with compression, brushing hard and filing crack with rubberixed bitumen PMB 76 E-22E per manufacture instruction (i.e 0.33 KG/RM) complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing crack in bituminous surface exceeding 4mm wide at topand 50 to 75 mm deep in V groove with a cutter/router machine cleaning with compressed air with compression, brushing hard and filing crack with rubberixed bitumen (CRMB) as per manufacture instruction complete all as per specified and directed.

Materail & Labour for complete removal of old painted surface of any discretion exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of Road marking paints (Water Based) of tint as approved by GE as in lines, dashed, arrowd, letters etc on Flexible pavements/rigid pavements and the like complete all as per specified

NOTE: All kind of necessary precaution to be taken by contractor during execution of the work to ensure no damage is done to any kind of cables, under ground link cables.
