| 1 | Fabrication of supplying installation testing and commissioning of cubicle type LT Panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase,4 Wire,50 Hz ,AC supply floor mounted compartmentalized indoor door type single door weather proof main power cum control panel made out of not less than 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel for frame work and covers , 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing should be painted with powder coat painting of approved shade (smoke grey) as per CPRI approved complete with locking arragement and keys as reqd (design and fabrication of panel prior to approval of engr - in - charge before installation) , having of size 2000mmx1400mm with standard deep of 400mm two panel comprising 400 A TPN alluminum bus bar current density of 130A/sq.cm strip on SMC/DMC support,each bus bar shall be suitable insulated with PVC sleeves/tapes, phase to phase clearnace : 32 mm min, Phase indication lamp (R Y B ), Digital Meter (Voltmeter, Ammeter, Frequency) with Suitable CTand cable way with provision of fixing cable gland the bottom, air ventilation groves at the sides, insulators, earthing stunds,nuts and bolts etc and ,duly mounted on suitable size MS channel base for grounting having size 100mmX50mmX10mm thick (length as per requirements) , including providing of fixing of R Y B phase Indicatior lamp complete etc as requried with sweachgear accessories (LT panel shall be as per specifications and confirming to the CPWD general specifications part-I (internal) 2023,part-IV(Sub station) 2013 as amended upto date complete as required) (i) 200 Amp 4 pole 36 kA MCCB = 01 Nos (Make- Havells/ L&T/Siemens), (ii) 100 Amp 4 Pole 27 kA MCCB = 01 Nos. (Make- Havells/L&T/ Siemens/ABB) (iii) 160 Amp 4 Pole 27 kA MCCB = 02 Nos. All MCB operated by Extended Rotary Handle (Make- Havells/L&T/ Siemens/ABB) (iv) 320 Amp On load Change over switch = 04 Nos (Make- Havells/L&T/ Siemens/ABB). | 4 | Providing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 415V, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC outdoor type (water proof) cable junction box of size (600 X 600 X 350) mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet complete with having locking arrangement and providing detachable gland plates at bottom of the panel, earthing studs (02 nos) complete with 400 amps 4 nos Aluminium bus bars R,Y,B & N (black) with LED pilot lights (22.5 mm dia) with protection MCBs-03 Nos suitable rating insulators, duly painted with powder coated of approved colour brand & having 04 nos of legs (minimum height 60 cm) welded with the base made out of 50mm X 50 mm X 5mm angle iron duly painted of suitable size of joint box to be fixed on the ground with 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation etc complete as required. the location, size of cable should be marked with the radium on the panel as per the direction of Engg in-charge. (Joint box should be as per design & drawing approved by Engg in-charge.) |
| 5 | Providing & Installation of maintenance free chemical earthing with the help of GI earth electrode 1 Mtr long 42 mm dia, sealed at bottom with solid conical base seal. The earth electrode has to be vertically driven into the soil in 7 inches dia hole of 1.2 mtrs depth. The vertically driven electrode to be filled with conductive bag of 25 Kg advanced grade earthing compound mixed with black cotton soil complete as required. |
