| 18 | M&L for applying two component structural grade Shorter Chan Nano Base and Catalyst based polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadiene emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimum flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 upto 25 mm average thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Surface area shall be measured and paid for each 6mm thick layer |
| 19 | Taking down all existing roof treatment and demolition of cement concrete padding/levelling course (any thickness as available in site) including wire brushing and cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof including flashing and junction of parapet complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 20 | M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size graded crushed stone aggregate) as levelling course, padding on chajjas, etc including angular moulding at junction upto 10cm height mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction, applied over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.(ii) PCC shall be laid to achieve true slope towards the drain/weep holes. |

During application ambient temperature is preferred. Frost, fog, or damp conditions should be avoided. |
| 23 | M&L for applying two coats of Nanotechnology based water-based one pack epoxy based Nano barrier coat, durable, highly water repellent, UV resistant, fungus/ algae/ bacteria resistant, thermally insulating and elastomeric including high capillary pressure resistance, anti-bacterial, low VOC, UV resistance, high coverage area @ 6.5 sqm/kg in each coat complete all as specified and as directed.Note : 1. Rate shall include for making surface clean, dust free, dry, and free of wax, grease, oil, loose or peeling particle, and other foreign materials.2.
