| 5 | Providing and applying HS TPO membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200gsm Geo-textile with overlap joints of 75mm in both longitudial and traverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with termination strip and fix it by screw at 300 mm C/C and sealed with HS jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC/cementitious coving of 75mm radius shall be provided at all junction between vertical and horizontal faces before applicaiton of TPO completely as per specificaiton and direction. |
| 6 | Supply and Application of 3 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then top-coating with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2500 hrs accelerated durability test and other tests as specified, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 120 +/- 20 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. |
| 7 | S&F 1500 litres rotational mouded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I incl 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed and incl dismantling of water capacity 1500 litres and Complete all as specified and directed. |
