Removing and roughining of surface of existing water proofing treatment (incl APP membrane, plaster, PCC paddig, bricks tiles etc) ofany description and any thickness and removing the disposed material outside defence land and cleaning the surface by roughening sweeping and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs / sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof surface with mixing of water proofing compound 3% by the weight cement to horizontal or vertical surfaces finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) WPC will be measured separately.(b) Taking down and refixing of existing PVC water tank and GI tubing for laying PCC included in above item at no extra cost.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, including making kerbs at wall and roof junction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of roof including cleaning the surface by using wire brush / pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold in three coats not less than 1.80 Kg / Sqm in total with spray / brush with an elongation value not less than 70 with fleece and tensile strength not lessthan 3 N/Sqm as per ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of not less than 6 mm as per AS-NZ 4548, pull off strength of not less than 1.35 MPa as per ASTM D 7234 and puncture resistant more than 200N as per ASTM E-154. The item includes epoxy prime applied @ 0.15 Kg / Sqm and a geotextile of 50GSM to be applied in between second coat while second coat is still wet, ensure that there are no folds or wrinkles when the fleece is spread and press the roller uniformly to hide rising geotextile heads, 100 mm overlapping of fleece need to be done at all joints & corners complete as per manufacturer's instruction and complete all as specified and directed.Note :- work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacture as per manufacturer's instruction and roof height upto tripple storey building ponding test of the roof surface will be done for 48 hours before and after the roof treatment process to identify the leakage and seepage from the roof surface complete all as specified and directed.(b) The work under item No.05 shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of manufacturer by using modern tehcniques. The contractor shall also furnish warranty of quality, finish work and effectiveness of water proofing treatment under this item for a period of not less than 7 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warranty of material for the same period.(c) From the taking down, preparation of the surface, Engr in charge shall be approve each and every stage before applying finishing coats.

S&F 500 litre rotational moulded double layer ISI marked polyethlene water storage tanks white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed threaded top) and hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm PTMT valve with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (mm weight 210 gms) includng dismantling of tank complete all as specified in SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.
