| 2 | Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :for fixed portion anodized aluminum (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . | 10 | Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses providing and fixing Kotar metal or equivalent prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero milimeter) thick having 1060mm (one thousand sixty milimeter) cover width (overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six milimeter) 28mm (twenty eight milimeter) crest depth at 353 (three hundred fifty three) + (plus minus) 2mm (two milimeter) centre to centre crest distance there will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (two point five milimeter), main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five milimeter) and at the lower 81mm (eighty one milimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint, fixing of sheet shall be with self drilling and self tapping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five milimeter) dia 75.5mm (seventy five point five milimeter) length with EPDM seal.
