Attending Troubleshooting repairs & overhaul of the DANA Spicer Off-Highway Transmission (Model: 3019FMHR24659-110, Sl. No: WBEA031655) fitted on a 30-Ton Escort Mobile Crane. The scope involves systematic isolation, fluid evacuation, and extraction from the crane foundation, followed by a complete strip-down and cleaning of all sub-components. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) shall be conducted to identify the source of abnormal rubbing noise, followed by replacement of all damaged, worn/defective components , specifically including required set(s) of all bearings, clutch discs, pistons, seal kits, solenoids, and charging pumps of Transmission as per the list available at Sl.No. 3 of Section - VIII (Part No: 4264760/OVRKT) and other required OEM spares. Re-assembling to precision, ensuring internal clearances and backlash are calibrated to OEM tolerances, with all fasteners secured via a calibrated torque wrench as per manufacturer’s torque profiling standards, finishing the job with post-installation system priming, hydraulic pressure stability verification, and post repair road trail run with full-load test commissioning under EIC / his authorised supervision including cost of all labor, specialized service charges, overhauling charges, material freight, lodging /boarding charges of service engineers , GST/applicable taxes & while the provision of heavy lifting equipment (forklift/crane) for removal/installation of Gear Boxes from the Crane, shall be provided by the department on Free of Cost.
