| 8 | Material & labour for rough cast plastering over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. Rough cast plaster shall be applied as specified clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I . |

| 20 | Material and labour for providing 3 mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with Non-woven polyster matt make as approved over roof consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25º C temperature and viscocity 70-160 Cps. over the primer coat, the layer membrane shall be using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete applying two coats of bituminous based Aluminium paint @ 0.2kg/sqm complete over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing using WPC @ 2% by wt of cement complete as per standard practice as per manufactuter's instructions all as specified and directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 25º C as 650/450 N/5 Cms.(ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N/5 Cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150º C cold flexiblility up to 20º when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147)(iii) The laying of membrane shall be carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicator only. |
| 21 | M&L for precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick, of size 250 mm x 250 mm, machine pressed and cut polished and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and fabricated using grey cement & no pigments. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |

| 29 | Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (350 x 250 x 7 mm thick / 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick) and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 30 | Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding, polishing, rounding and moulding of stone slabs on edges complete all as specified and directed. |
