The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147)(iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for Plain Cement Concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22-25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops and benching, rounded or chamfered on edges, coving shall be 150 mm in radius mixed with acrylic based polymer water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.Note:WPC shall be paid separately |
| 10 | M&L for taking down of Eaves gulter/rain water pipe(AC rain water pipe /SWG pipe line of any size or pattern), including at fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning for refuxing or removal from site (measured overall as fixed along the centre line including fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | S&F uPVC (SWR) Type ‘B’ , 160 mm nominal outside diameter confirming to IS : 13592-1992 single socketed in any length including jointing with lubricant/ PVC cement solvent as per manufacturer’s instruction, fixed to walls complete all as specified including fixing of pipe to wall with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, bolts washing, nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.Note : Clamps will be measured and paid separately. |
| 12 | S&F uPVC (SWR) bends, 160 mm dia confirming to IS : 14735-99 and jointing with lubricant/ PVC cement solvent as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and directed. |

| 14 | M&L for demolition of RCC work as in Roof slabs, floors slabs (other than ground floors), beams, roof beams, roof projections, chajjas, staircases, landing, chajjas, fins and similar suspended work including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including provision of necessary scaffolding for the same upto triple storey complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |
