| 1 | Attending day to day complaints relating to Sewerage/ Drainage through one no. skilled sewerman such as cleaning of blocks of sewer line/drains, sanitary pipes, cleaning of manholes, EC's, gully traps, gully chambers, wash basin, urinals, including all operation and necessary T & P required for carryout the job and disposal of malba to the nearest dumping ground as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete (All T & P such as bamboos, khapachies, ropes, sewer cleaning rod, golchi, phawrah pichare, kanta etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost). |
| 2 | Attending day to day complaints relating to Carpentary work such as repairing of doors, windows, cup boards, replacement of fittings, locks, door closer, grills, wire gauge, renewal of glass panes, mirrors and other misc. works including T & P required to carryout the job through one no. skilled carpenter as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete (Materials if reqd. shall be issued by the department free of cost). |
| 3 | Attending day to day complaints relating to Plumbing work such as repairing/replacment of water supply/sanitary installation, GI & CI pipes, fittings, bib cocks stop cocks, valves, cistern, flushing cistern, piller cocks, water tanks etc. and other misc. works including necessary T & P required to carryout the job through one no. skilled plumber as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete (Materials if requied shall be issued by the department free of cost). |
| 4 | Attending day to day complaints relating to Mason work for maintenance and repair of internal and external plaster, flooring, masonry work, pointing leakages from roof, upto on area of 2.5 sqm gola, RCC work including fixing of W.C. seat, gully trap, floor traps and sealing leakages from gully trap, W.C. trap, floor trap drainage and pipe stacks etc. and restoration of existing finishing in the affected area to the entire satisfaction and as per direction Engineerin- charge. |
| 5 | Providing the Services of Enquiry Clerk cum computer operater for Running and maintenance of PWD service centre at Sub Division M-3221, m-3222, m3223, 3222 & 3223 where in the following jobs are required to be performed1. Recording the complaints received at service centre’s in person or through telephone and issuing acknowledgement with complaint no. the complaints and assigning the work to the workers of respective trade2.Preparing the abstract of attended / unattended complaints on daily weekly and monthly basis and submitting the same to the concerned Assistant Engineer-in-charge of the service centre or his authorized representative.3.Generation of vacation/occupation reports online. or any other work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Providing the services of MTS/Helper for helping the plumber & carpenter for attending day to day complaints under the Sub-Division area maintain for annual repair and maintenance works of the buildings complete (Payment will be made after providing of attendance sheet from concerned offices.) / Bio-metric attendance. In all working days of month in concerned office as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Providing round the clock security guard without gun for watch & ward of Government premises and its all belongings by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hour's shift including necessary T&P like torch, lathi and uniform etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (One job means 8 hour's Night duty). |
| 8 | Carrying out day-to-day Beldar for Carpentery & Mason comprehensive maintenance of various complaint like sweeping of roofs, Removing of Grass & cleaning, sweeping and mopping of office premises and all other office works whatever required in the Sub-Division M-3221,3222 & M-3223 Gulabi Bagh, Sindhora Khurd & Sindhora Kalan, Delhi and as per direction of Engineer-incharge. |
| 9 | Cleaning of Colony area by scavenging and sweeping of roads, pavements, footpaths, cuttings of grass and open space between blocks by providing required number of sweepers. Necessary T & P required for cleaning and disposal of malba to the dustbin is to be arranged by the contractor. Work is to be completed as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Area to be cleaned daily, before 12.00 noon. (Sindhora Khurd & Sindhora Kalan Colony) (Road Sweeper) |
| 10 | Welding by three/single phase electric welding machine i/c welding rods, helper etc. transportation to site all floors with generator for day-to-day comprehensive maintenance of various complaint pertaining to the Sub-Division M-3221,3222 & M-3223 Gulabi Bagh, Sindhora Khurd & Sindhora Kalan, Delhi, to weld broken grills, hinges of doors & windows, gates, raillings, security doors & MS sheet garrage doors etc. excluding cost of material and fitting matching with existing one and any other steel work in flats, offices, parks, boundary walls Barat Ghar etc. to make functional complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
