| 3 | Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick mineral fiber boards of (Armstrong / USG Boral) of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grains per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium partitions with door, windows & ventilators (single or double shutter), part pannelled and part glazed with pre-laminated flat pressed 12mm thick particle board (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium powder coated (50 Microns) frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Glazing shall be clear float glass of 5.5mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for windows, Godrej make mortice lock with 3 no keys for each door, C.P.brass / staineless steel screws, providing and fixing hinges / pivots, and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required. |
| 5 | Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new wall & concrete surfaces at all heights including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed. |
| 6 | Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. | 7 | Providing and fixing 1st quality matt finished vitrified outdoor tile flooring to steps in treads and rises of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,, includes the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) etc., complete all as directed. |
| 8 | Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to ceilings, beams, Stair-case, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer. |
