| 2 | Note:(1) Contractor may read all the clauses including \\"GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK FOR AMC OF ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SERVICES\\" and ''Condition of contract'' of the MTF carefully before quoting rates. (2) Wages paid to the worker for this work must not less than minimum wage as provided by chief labour commissioner(C), ministry of labour & Employment(3) In addition to all the documents as described in MTF Clauses the Contractor has to submit Monthly Wagesheets & EPF/ ESIC Challans. (4)The contractor may be asked to produce Monthly Transaction receipt of monthly wage to be paid to the employed labour.(5) In case of non compliance of EPF act 1952/ partial submission of EPF Contribution, as specified in Condition of contract Clause 19B, FCI will be at liberty to withhold the pending bills, Security Deposit etc., and or any other payments due to the Contractor.(6) The contractor must arrange for all types of ladders (Self supported & wall supported), safety gears and tools at sites w.r.t. Working height up to 20 feets in suspension / wall or pole. |
