| 1 | Gas charging of VRF/VRV system with R410A refrigerant gas. Before gas charging system shall be flushed with high purity Nitrogen Gas to remove carbon content, dirt particles to make sure that there is no chance of mixing any impurity with Refrigerant Gas. Thereafter System shall be tested with Nitrogen Gas at 1.5 Times of working pressure of R410 Refrigerant Gas to ensure leakproof system. Whole system shall be Vacuumed up to 500-micron level which ensures the zero-moisture content level in piping to ensure better cooling efficiency and long life of the system. For Annealed copper tube :- Tensile strength = 210 Mpa wih elongation % = 40 Min . Ink Mark Brand Printing on Hard Tubes should be present. Piping between each set of indoor & outdoor units of different sizes as per OEM requirement & specifications including class 'O' Nitrile rubber sleeves, chase cutting, supports, making good the same with sand cement plaster etc. as required.
