DECLARATIONS:1. The above quoted price is a Single Lump-Sum EPC Contract Price inclusive of complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over as per Employer’s Requirements.2. The quoted price includes all taxes, duties, levies, royalties, insurance premiums, labour cess, GST and all other statutory obligations applicable at the time of submission of bid.3. The Contract Price shall be firm and fixed for the entire duration of the Contract. No escalation on any account shall be payable unless specifically provided in the Contract.4. The quoted price includes full design responsibility and professional liability for structural safety, service integration, and performance compliance.5. The Financial Proposal is unconditional. Any condition attached to this Financial Proposal shall ender it liable for rejection.6. In case of discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words shall prevail. 7. Payment shall be made strictly as per milestone schedule defined in the Contract and subject to certification by Engineer-in-Charge.8. We confirm that no claim for additional payment shall be made on account of site conditions, scope interpretation, coordination issues, or any matter reasonably inferable from the tender documents.Bid Validity:This Financial Bid shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.
