(ii) Regulator Unit having 300 litres of oil. By transformer oil filter machine, including the cost of transportation of the filter machine & oil tasting machine to the site. (Testing of oil conforming to IS: 1866) Die-electric Strength maintains up to 60 KV, and should withstand at 40 KV for one minute as required. Note: While filtration of the oil, L.T. three-phase supply and its wiring has to be arranged by the contractor at its own cost, using a DG set or another authorised method. |
| 2 | Replacement of gaskets of radiators joint (3/4 Nos), all L.T. Bushing joints, H.T. Bushing joints of 500 KVA Transformer. Draining out the complete oil up to the L.T. Bushing/ radiator level of the Transformer into drums. Dismantling of L.T. Connections, L.T. Bushing of the transformer. Changing of gaskets, oil seals. Retightening of L.T./H.T. Connections and Bushing of the Transformer. Then, refilling the oil into the Transformer (During the shutdown period) as required. . NOTE: 1. Filtration to be done before Commissioning of Transformer. 2. Empty Drums / barrels for draining of oil from the transformer shall be provided by the contractor at the site only at its own cost. 3.The contractor should arrange/coordinate the shutdown of the H.T. supply from the Electricity Board/ Company whenever required. |
| 3 | Replacement of Silica Gel Breather of Purity: UV-stabilized Polycarbonate with Aluminum end caps, Grade Full Aluminum, Powder-Coated, IP54 (IP65 with optional sealing kit) Operating Temp: -20 DegreeC to +90 DegreeC as required. Make in India product. Old breather to be handed over to the department. |
| 4 | Spray Painting of Regulator Unit of 94 KVA, 415 Volts by Synthetic Enamel Paint (AD grey colour) after its necessary external cleaning including the cost of Primer as required. |
| 5 | Supply and filling of Transformer oil for topping up of the transformer oil confirming to IS:335 having Die-electric Strength up to 60 KV, and should withstand at 40 KV for one minute (Testing of oil conforming to IS: 1866) as required. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing of Danger notice Plate. (11000 V) conforming to IS specification at 11 KV sub-station as required. |
| 7 | Servicing of L.T. Air Circuit Breker 800 Amp, including dismantling & cleaning of arcing chutes, arcing contacts, isolated contact, all fixed & moving contacts, auxiliary contacts cleaning, lubrication the tripping & closing mechanism & also free movement of guide channels. The work should be carried out by authorised sevice provider of ACB. (The work to be during at shut down period) |
