Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. |

The colour and pattern of the WPC ecology panels shall be wenge dark brown wood colour, of reputed brands or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The WCP panels shall confirm to for its colour appearance, thickness, width and length, falling mass impact resistance, heat Reversion etc. These panels shall be fixed on vertical surface with metallic clips or anchor bolt filled with wooden packing to hold screws and then fixed to the main walls / member if required at site. This item is inclusive of all accessories, packing charges, Transportation, Labour installation complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge at all floors / height. |
| 21 | Providing services for the spacialized jobs from the reputed architect/ interior designer/ architectural agency who are in this business. The services may include the site visit, discussion, preparing of drawings/ supervision and regarding the selection of colour, shade, size of fittings/ fixtures/ interior design etc., whichever required. For the purpose of payment %age above/ below the billed value raised by the expert/architect etc. for providing such service , supported by cash receipt / vouchers shall be considered against this item. |
