20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on roof slab as grading plaster finished smooth including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying fitting and fixing of iron door and window with cost of all materials etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of 304grade steel railing with all cost of all material, labour and T&P for the work etc complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile (Plain) in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conformaing to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the worl all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost, carriage, cost of all labour etc. complete.

Painting two coats with SE paint over a coat of primer over iron work with all cost etc. complete.

Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint two coats over a coat of cement wash with cost of all material, labour and T&P including all cost etc. complete.
