1 -Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Excluding GST)

3- Providing and laying Dense graded Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading -I premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% of mix, transported to site , laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade , lavel and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction. as per MORT&H Specification. No 507

4 - -Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Providing and Applying Hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm /sqm area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is excusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface tu be leveled uniform and free streaks and holes. Composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I.
