| 1 | Supply,install,testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 cycle 500 KVA Transformer copper wound stepdown, plinth mounted ,outdoor type 11000/433 volts at No load ,oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side and star connected on secondary (LV side) in a accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (vector group 4) with natural brought on secondary LV side and having tapping at +/-5%,+/-7.5%,+/- 10% Level- 3, to be changed by means of hand operated \\"OFF LOAD\\" tap changer. when meassured by the resistance meathod after continous full load run in ambient temperature 48 degree centigrade .The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and confirming to IS:335 of 1983 for oil and IS: 2026 for transformer comprising of following:- (a)One cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc. (b) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (c) Dehydration breather assy with first fill of dehydrating agent . (d) Explosion vent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) Dial type thermometer vapour pressure having range 0-120 degree C with max reading pointer max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal marking. (h) 02 earthing terminal on tankand cover for fixing earth strip of size 32x6mm. (i) Oil level gauge and oil drain filter valve. (j) Lifting hook (k) Oil filler hole with cap /plug with connection complete. (l) Air relief valve plug. (m) Detachable rollers -04 Nos (n) Extra bushing for Neutral out side the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth. (o) First fill of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 50 KV die electric strength. (Note :- The rate quoted is deemed to include the rate of making plinth to install the transformer and the height of the plinth shall not be less than be 1 mtr from existing ground level or as directed by Engr-in-Charge). |
| 2 | Supply, install, testing and commmissioning outdoor type HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 50Hz motorised operated Ring Main Unit IP 54 enclosure, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 switchgear having rupturing capacity upto 630 Amps. One incoming and three outgoing (WW+M) fully enclosed, compact, factory assembled cabinet inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. Switchgear Operating Mechanism shall have an IP2X Protection and cable Chamber shall have IP3X Protection. Each 3 Pole Load Break Switch shall comprice of 11 KV, 630 Amps 21 KA/ 3 seconds, Short Time Current (STC) 21 KA for 3 seconds, Rated Power Frequency withstand voltage 75 KVp. Fault Passage Indicator System (FPIS) & Voltage Presence Indicator System (VPIS), Self-Powered microprocessor controlled Numerical Protection Relay for Short Circuit, Over Current and Earth Fault with auxiliary power, battery and battery charger. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceble bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown situated not beyond 300 mm from cable cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes. Cable covers with self-interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB. Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system Mechanical indications for breaker ON, OFF, EARTH, TRIP, Spring Charged-Discharged.
