Disconnecting the L.T connection of the 250 KVA transformer , removing the fins, loading the transformer in the truck with help of crane, unloading the same at the workshop and fixing it back after repair.

Dismantling the 250 KVA, 33KV/440V transformer at agencies workshop lifting the core and winding from the tank cleaning the H.T and L.T winding with electro cleaner. Rewinding of both the primary & secondary winding cleaning the tank and removing the sludge , assembling the core and winding in the tranformer tank.

Filtration of transformer oil

Supply of new transformer oil EHV grade for topping up.
