Comprehensive & Routine maintenance of 51 Nos. WTAC / STAC unit i/c attending day to day complaints and rectify the defects i/c supplying and replacement of wornout parts such as starting / running capacitors, starting relays, overload relay, tharmostat, selector switches, sleeves, knobes, connector and associated control wiring, filter, drain pipe etc which reqd to be replace during routine maintenance and monthly cleaning of filters etc. (Replacement of compressor, condensor unit, cooling coil unit, blower, fan blower motor, front grill, main leads, gas charging etc not covered under routine maintenance) complete as per terms & conditons.

Servicing of existing installed WTAC / STAC of 1.5 TR & 2.0 TR capacity AC and water coolers of 80/150/250 LPH, checking for unit, inspection, greasing, oiling etc i/c chemical cleaning of the condensing coil with high pressure pump changing the air filter, checking & tightening all electic connection, testing the machine etc as reqd.

Supplying & charging of M-22 / R-22 gas in the exising WTAC / STAC of 1.5TR unit i/c pressure testing, flushing the system & gas charging complete etc

Supplying & charging of M-22 / R-22 gas in the exising WTAC / STAC of 2 TR unit i/c pressure testing, flushing the system & gas charging complete etc as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of 25 mm dia PVC heavy duty pipe drainage in the existing split type AC unit with supporting clamps etc complete as reqd

Repair of damaged PCB of indoor and outdoor unit i/c tightening the loose connection, testing the machine etc as

Supplying & fixing of copper refrigerant pipe of size 1/4\\", 5/8\\" with insulation and copper wire 3 core 80-20 i/c all connection in the existing AC units etc. as per reqd at site.

Providing & fixing of MS powder coated outdoor wall mounting Stand suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capcity spilit AC outdoor unit i/c credit of old dismantle material complete etc as reqd.

Dismantling & Re-installation of exisiting installed STAC / WTAC of 1.5 TR & 2.0 TR capacity with outdoor unit from its location to another location, unloading for reinstallation checking for unit, inspection and reconnection of drainage pipe, reconnection and tightening the loose connection, testing the machine etc as reqd.
