PRI) MTNL Telephone Lines, 288 Analogue Extensions, Operator Consoles, 2) 2 nos. MDF boxes, 3) 50 nos. of Junction boxes and 4) Cabling etc. Installed at various buildings in Sir, J. J. Hospital compound, Byculla, Mumbai. ( For 3rd Years ) Scope of Work :- 1) Checking & repairing of EPABX System & ensure for normal operation.2) Checking & repairing of operator console & Telephone Instruments & ensure for normal operation.3) Checking of main MDF, Floor Junction boxex & ensure for normal operation. 4) Checking of Entire Cabling / wiring / connectors / Krone modules & ensure for normal operation5) Maintaining daily service call register & breakdown register.6) Shifting of telephone Instruments & allied wiring as directed by competent authority.7) Updating / upgradation of software as & when required. 8) Changes in software configuration as per requirements. 9) Co-ordination with MTNL / BSNL for Breakdown / disturbance in I/C Tel & PRI Lines & Ensure for Quality Services. 10) Repairs / replacement to different types of PCB's, Displays & LEDs & Push Buttons dial pad Etc.11) Attending the breakdown calls within 2 hours for around the clock on all working days as well as as holidays. 24*7 support after communication to call centre or concerned services Engineer. 12) Rs. 500/- Penalty will be deducted for Non-attending of Breakdown call within 02 Hours. 13) Deploying one Technician daily from 10 am to 6 pm per day for maintainance in the campus.
