M&L for injecting chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate for Post Constructional Anti termite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm dia & over, mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, quality of steel conforming to deformed or twisted bars Fe-550D complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal Mix) type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, sunshades, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
