Out sourcing the work of running and maintenance of Community Centre, Sector -2 at Talwara Township as per scope of work as under:-1.) Watch & ward of Community Centre, Sector -2& allied areas.2.) Maintenance of fencing, maintenance of work/ path ways & water bodies etc.3.) Maintenance & cleanliness of lavatories/ urinals including removal of garbage from bins & its disposal. The PVC dustbin shall also been arranged by the contractor at proper locations.4.) Cleanliness of Rooms, Hall & stage and common bathrooms.5.) Maintenance & cleanliness of parking areas & both sides of boundary wall.6.) White washing, snowcem, varnish wherever already provided in the Community Centre, Sector -2 will have to be maintained in good condition during the period of contractor. (once in a year ).7.) Replacement of CFL tubes, switches etc. in lavatories, rooms, halls .8.)Maintenance of all Electrical works like AC repair, Tubes, ceiling lights, fans etc.9.) Overall cleanliness and watch & ward in the Community Centre, Sector -2 area will be done by the contractor in three shifts.
