The jacket shall be made of high visibility fluorescent polyester fabric of minimum 120 to 150 GSM, durable and suitable for outdoor duty. The colour of the jacket shall be fluorescent orange for maximum visibility. It shall be provided with high quality 3M retro reflective bands of minimum 50 mm width and min. 3.0m length on both the front and back. The jacket shall be of assorted sizes with comfortable fitting and proper stitching, as per Buyer requirement. | 2 | Belt web belt Black Colour with belt badge | Made of high-density woven polyester or cotton webbing, 38 to 45 mm wide, black in colour, with tight weave for durability. The belt ends shall be heat sealed or reinforced with stitching and shall have minimum tensile strength of approximately 800 to 1000 N. The buckle shall be made of brass or nickel plated brass with chrome or nickel polished finish, of clamp or detachable type suitable for the web belt. The buckle shall bear the DFCCIL logo with the word DFCCIL as approved by the buyer, along with an embossed or engraved official Security crest or emblem. The buckle shall be rust resistant with uniform colour and finish, free from cracks or scratches, and firmly fixed and properly aligned. |
| 3 | Lanyard Black Colour | Made of braided cotton, nylon, or polyester cord with strong woven or braided construction. The lanyard shall be black in colour with smooth, uniform, and colour fast finish. It shall be designed as a single shoulder lanyard suitable for wearing on uniform, with overall length approximately 70 to 90 cm and cord diameter about 4 to 6 mm. The lanyard shall consist of a shoulder loop with a hanging cord for attachment of whistle or keys. It shall be fitted with a spring hook or swivel clip made of brass, stainless steel, or nickel plated metal with corrosion resistant polished finish. The braiding shall be uniform with no loose threads, and knotting braiding shall be strong to prevent fraying. The metal fittings shall be securely attached and suitable for extended duty wear.
