Repairing/stiching the crack in brick wall by cement mortar grouting (1 : 2) including widening the crack on the surface (into V section) cleaning and packing the same with cement mortar (1 : 2) and finishing off the surface to match with adjacent surface. The rate will include scaffolding for upto 5 floors level and disposal of all rubbish/malba as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of slab/beam by application of minimum M25 grade Shotcrete with the help of shotcreting machine after thoroughly cleaning the bottom surface including cleaning of reinforced bars and finishing off the surface to match with adjacent surface. The rate will include scaffolding and upto plinth level and disposal of all rubbish/malba as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Repairing crack in Gypsum walls/ceiling by using approved manufacture materials. The crack surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and repaired with required materials used for repairing cracks of gypsum wall/ceiling and finish off to match with adjacent surface. The rate will include scaffolding for upto 5 floors level and disposal of all rubbish/malba as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with two coats with premium acrylic/plastic emulsion paint of interior grade and of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and applying a primer coat of approved make which meets the requirements of ASTM D 1227-87 Type III specifications and applying two coats of Polyurethane (PU) / Polyurea / Hybrid Polyurea & Polyurethane Water proofing coating or equivalent approved make, Elongation : >400% (ASTM D412), Tensile strength : >1.9 N/mm2 (ASTM D412), Shore A hardness: >50 , Adhesion to substrate >1.5MPa, Water vapour transmission : 0.6, 2.3mm film (g/m2 /hr) over dry surface at 1.2mm to 1.5mm thick in two coats with minimum interval period of 6 hours over a substrate at coverage rate as per of 1.5kg/sqm using spray/squeegee/roller all as manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
