| 1 | SH-I: SITC OF TROLLEY GATESDesign, fabrication, supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of Centrally/ Symetrical/ asymetrical Sliding type M.S.Trolly Gate by carrying out following fabrication works complete as required.The scope also includes supply of all material required. (Civil work is not included) The M.S material used shall be as per respective IS codes, ISI marked and as per the preferred makes.The gate shall have clear opening of 52 Meters & 5 meter(approx) setback at opening end with height 2.90 mtrs and 1.5 meter setback at closing end with height 1.6 mtr respectively from finished floor level (height includes height of wheels, gate frame and concertina wire (not exceeding 450 mm) above gate frame).The Horizontal Base Frame shall be made of MS hollow sections of Size 200mm x 100mm x 5mm thick & Vertical frames shall be made of MS hollow sections of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 3.5 mm thick with side supports of suitable MS hollow sections of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 3.5 mm thick at both ends (height of frame shall be 3.20 mtr. for setback 05 mtr. at initial position and also at rear position of gate opening & height 1.6 mtr. for setback 1.5 mtr.at closed position of gate) and on top for concertina Wire, Weld mesh panels made of Galvanzed MS wire to be provided (Mesh wire - Diameter 4.0 mm, Tensile Strength of minimum 550 N/sq.mm, Wire specification as per IS 280 & Wire Galavnising as per IS 4826) having mesh size 76.2 mm X 12.7 mm (WxH, +/- 2 mm). The average weld shear strength of 4 welds taken in random not less than 50% of breaking stength of the smallest wire. Suitable shock absorption system to be included at end post.The gate shall be provided with suitable wheels for less noise operation. The bearings used shall be of reputed make or as recommended by the OEM. The overall dia of wheels shall not exceed 200 mm dia. A suitable support structure of not less than 4 meters to be provisioned at the begining of gate and similar appropriate structure to be provisioned at the end of gate (while open completly) to provide support to moving part of gate with minimum friction.Painting of gate with approved color & make of synthetic enamel paint by applying 2 coats and one coat of red oxide Primer complete as required. (all material as per AAI list of preferred make).NOTE:- 1. The successfull bidder has to submit the detailed drawing of structure, it's tentative weight and only after approval from AAI bidder will start the fabrication.2. As per attached drawing. |
