Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three coarse sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetra as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (fifty into fifty millimetre) made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm (three millimetre) including strengthening with 2 mm (two millimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

G.I. barbed wire fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th (fifteenth) post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg (nine point three eight kilo gram) per 100 m (one hundred metre) (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etcetera (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately).
