Replacement of 40MVA T/F-2nd C&R panel and & procurement of Material for auto-operation and overhauling of cooling fan at 132KV S/S Jahanabad under Electricity Transmission Division-Fatehpur.

Complete dismantling of old 40MVA T/F 2nd C&R Panel at 132KV S/S Jahanabad with safety and shifting in to store Room. Contractor will arrange all Labour,T&P nad hydraulic crane at his own cost.

Opening of termination of old Electromechanical panel of 40MVA T/F-2nd after tracing each cable from different equipment connected to that bay and adjacent panel (132KV TBC Panel ) also as no drawing available.

Proper & safe erection of Transformer C&R panel as per technicalspecification including shifting of material/equipment from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. All labour, T&P and hydraulic crane will be provided by contractor at his own cost.

Laying of 4Cx2.5sqmm size of control cable for interconnection of some equipment s whichever required for laying of new control cable.

Earthing of T/F control and relay panel from MS Flat including applying one coat of red oxide and two coat of green enamel paint and all other work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Proper & safe termination with proper tying of different size of control cable as per connection schedule with lugs for connection of 40MVA T/F 2nd C&R Panel. This job also including making necessary holes in gland plate of box where ever required. Supply and fixing of cable gland of appropriate size supply and providing ferrule and nos of each core and Lugs with crimping tool and cable tie. will be provided by contactor at his own cost. (The rate oftermination of cable includes the all core of cable at both end with lug.Contractor will arrange all technician, labour, T&P at his own cost.Connection schedule will be provided by contractor. (Drawing of oldElectromechanical Panel is Not available.)

Supply of Power Contactor of L&T make, model MNX-9 required for auto operation of Cooling Fan. Sample to be collected from respective Sub-stations.

Supply of Over Load Relay of L&T make, model MN 2 having 0.6 to 1A required for auto operation of Cooling Fan. Sample to be collected from respective sub-stations.

Supply of Add-On Block of L&T make, model MNX-A2 required for auto operation of Cooling Fan. Sample to be collected from respective Sub-staions.

Overhauling of 3-Phase, 415V, 50Hz cooling fans of 40MVA-T/F-I & Il at 132KV s/s Jahanabad under ETD-Fatehpur for strengthening of motor shaft, replacement of all damaged bearing of T/F cooling fan by new one as per requirement also required cleaning & greasing. This job also includes dismantling, Carriage, Erection and proper connection of cooling fan at respective site.
