146	Construction of masonry valve pit for fixing Sluice valves as per type design No.9/43. The foundation will be in PCC 1:4:8 and brick work in C:M 1:5 Plastering in cm 1:3 12mm thick and the pit provided with 100mm thick RCC 1:11/2:3cover slab. The rate should include earth work excavation in various soils met with at the site of work, refilling the pit after the construction of pit, cost of levelling course, brick work, plastering, cut stone RCC cover slab, cost of reinforcemet, fabrication charges and fixing the valves in position inside the pit, laying and jointing of CI pipes and specials etc., complete.
