| 106 | NOTE:- The works mentioned from S NO 01 to 91:-NOTE 1 the contractor and his representative will report in complaint cell with minimum 01* PLUMBER ,and 01* CARPENTER and 02 * HELPER to receive the complaints in the morning by 0900 HRS with necessary daily stores as reqd to attend day to day complaints.the tenderer shall note that the scope of subject contract is to provide proper services for efficient and timely repair of complaints and items as specified in BOQ .The minimum requirement(Sch A /BOQ item wise )of staff for carying out the work services shall be one plumber,one carpenter and two helper,however the contractor may deploy more staff for proper fuctioning and timely completion of complaints to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge .The contractor shall also arrange for a substitute staff in the event of absence of any staff or additional staff reqd for routine maintenance for weekly off and the alternative arrangement there of shall be made by the contarctor. NOTE 2 : the complaints should be completed within 48 HRS after recieving the complaints slip ,failing which a penalty of Rs 500 per complaint slip/day will be recovered from the payment without any prejudice and contarctor shall not have any claim on this account. NOTE 3:The cost of plumber and carpenter should be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the contractor . nothing will be paid extra for hiring the skilled labour. NOTE 4: documentary evidence against each complain recieved and completion report of each complain shall be submitted along with bills duly signed by eng in charge and contractor. |
