| 4 | M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:-Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note :- (a.) The workpertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed fromauthorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint,Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved byGarrison Engineer.(b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m hight of building is included in this item.(c.) Thecontractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum ofUnderstanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract,failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.(d) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completionand 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion forthe 05 years.
