| 7 | Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 2 with peak size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | M&L 80 mm bore galvanised iron pipe, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches,under roads, drain paths, fixed to poles/walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old size designation 75 as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine of dia 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Supply , installations , testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amp RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted(Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), VCB type I RMU( RING Main unit) three way comprising of two numbers insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside . RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar , one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under.(a) RMU type installation Outdoor Extensible type, arc proof as per IEC : 62271-200 for design Manufacturing and testing . The RMU must have the following features/specification:- INCOMER :- VCB should have following specification :- (i) Rated Voltage upto -12KV (ii) Rated power frequency withstand voltage -28KV(iii) Rated lighting impulse withstand voltage –should be minimum 125KVP (iv) Rate d current for ring main feeder -630A (v) Rated current for VCB feeder -630A (vi) Rated short-time current-21 KA/3 Sec(vii) Rate Short making current -50KA (viii) Ambient temperature (-1 degree Celsius to +45degree Celsius), (ix) Degree of protection against accidental contact and ingress of foreign objects must be assured as under:- (aa) Main electric circuits : IP-67(ab) Fuse compartment IP3X (ac) Operating mechanism –IPXC ,(ad) Cable connection compartment-IPXC with site replaceable cable bushing . |
