| 2 | Repair and overhauling of outdoor VCB breaker of Incomer–II including dismantling, complete overhauling, cleaning and lubrication of operating mechanism, checking and adjustment of closing and tripping mechanism, inspection of auxiliary contacts, control wiring and terminals, inspection and cleaning of vacuum interrupters and insulating parts, repair/rewinding of spring charging motor ( 150 watt , type PMR 5 ) including replacement of carbon brushes and bearings, varnishing and baking, reassembly and alignment of all parts, electrical testing (IR and functional tests), manual and electrical operation trials, testing and commissioning of the breaker under outdoor working conditions, including transportation, tools & tackles and labour charges |
| 3 | Repair and overhauling of LT breaker 800 A including dismantling, thorough cleaning of contacts and arc chutes, checking and tightening of power and control connections, replacement of worn-out contacts/springs if required, lubrication of operating mechanism, insulation resistance testing, manual and electrical operation trials, reassembly and commissioning, complete in all respects |
| 4 | Repair and overhauling of LT breaker 2000 A including dismantling, complete overhauling of operating mechanism, cleaning and dressing of main contacts, checking of arc chutes, replacement of worn-out consumable parts, lubrication, tightening of busbar and terminal connections, insulation resistance testing, functional testing and commissioning under load conditions |
| 5 | Repair and overhauling of transformer oil dehydration / filtration plant (capacity approx. 250 GPH) including dismantling and inspection of suction system, checking and rectification of oil suction problem, cleaning and servicing of suction & delivery lines, inspection and repair of oil pump, replacement of worn-out seals, gaskets and hoses, cleaning/replacement of filter elements, servicing of heater and moisture removal system, checking of valves, gauges and fittings, tightening of joints to remove air leakage, reassembly of the plant, trial run with oil circulation, testing for proper suction, filtration and dehydration performance, complete in all respects including tools, tackles, labour and transportation Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
